We took our second annual Valentine's Day trip to the zoo this year and had a blast. Unfortunately, Aba got sick and couldn't make it, but los Tios, Bayleaf, and Grandma Donna joined us for some fun. As is our tradition, we adopted animals for the kids. Clarita got a giraffe and Emmett got a rhino. Clara was obsessed with her giraffe and promptly named it Mama Aca (she has a little giraffe named Aca). She carried it around and even had it ride on her head. Emmett enjoyed eating his rhino, especially the tag. I got the girls matching outfits because I'm obsessed with how cute they are when they match and they worse them; Emmett had a coordinating outfit. We enjoyed the animals, and it was Dada's, Tio's, and Grandma Donna's first time seeing the African Adventure which is pretty amazing. I had a great view of the lions while nursing Baby Emmett! The girls fed the giraffes which Clarita loved and made Bayleaf cry. I think the giraffe scared her, but it was pretty funny. We went to lunch at Irene's after the zoo and then went home and relaxed!
