Zooentines Day 2019

We went to the zoo with Tios, Aba, and Grandma Donna for our annual Zooentines Day celebration the weekend before Valentine's Day. We adopted a porcupine for Emmett and an Orangutan for Clara and Bailey got a Tiger and Elise a wolf. All the kids loved their animals and there was some crying when we put them in the car so they didn't get wet. It was freezing cold and rained off and on, but we powered through. On the upside it wasn't crowded! The kids managed to have fun and we strategically planned our stops at the inside exhibits so we could warm up from time to time. Emmett touched the stingrays for the first time which was nothing short of a miracle! We ended the day with lunch at Sequoia brewery.

Sometimes big sisters get jealous when their little brothers get to do things while they are in school. If they're really good, and get ready super early, they get to go to Uptown Sprouts before school.
